0% commission means exactly that: you keep everything minus Stripe's standard processing fee.

Who we're looking for
Teachers who already teach. Any instrument, any style — guitar, piano, voice, drums, horns, production, theory. What matters is that you've been doing this for real: at least two years of teaching experience, with students who'll vouch for you and a practice you want to grow.
To be direct: this program isn't for brand-new instructors. If you're just starting out, we'd genuinely love to have you — build your profile, take students, and apply for a future cohort once you've got two years under your belt. The founding cohort is for teachers who can put the full stack to work on day one.

A person reads every application. We're picking a small cohort of working teachers, not filling quotas.
Founding cohort onboarded personally
If you're in, we set up your studio with you — imports, availability, first invoices — and lock in your lifetime terms.
Not selected? You still win.
Every teacher on Get Out and Jam can bring their own students and pay 0% commission on them, forever. Platform fees only apply to new students who find you through the platform — the ones we bring to your door. Your existing studio is yours; we never take a cut of it.
So apply either way — worst case, you join like everyone else and keep 100% of your own roster.
