By creating an account or using Get Out and Jam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with others.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, text, audio). By posting, you grant Get Out and Jam a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display your content on the platform.
You agree not to post content that is:
Harassment, hate speech, or any behaviour that makes other members feel unsafe will result in account suspension or termination.
Transactions through the Marketplace are between buyers and sellers directly. Get Out and Jam is not a party to these transactions and makes no warranties about listed items.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
